Be a cycling champion!

Dr Bike sessions are a great way to encourage or reward cycling in your workplace or community. With the help of our friendly mechanics, your people can access all the health and environmental benefits of cycling.

What we do

We'll bring our mechanics to you! They'll provide bike safety checks and service key components, including adjusting or replacing brake blocks, tuning gears and fixing punctures.

We offer Dr Bike sessions in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and Derby.

  • Four hours (minimum): £196 + VAT.
  • Seven hours (full day): £343 + VAT.
  • Additional hours or mechanics: £49 per hour + VAT.

How many bikes can you check?

To provide the best possible service, one mechanic will cover two bikes per hour. If you have a lot of people interested, you can book two or more mechanics.

What kinds of repair do you do?

Our mechanic will prioritise what can be done in the time available to make each bike safe. This could include:

  • Replacing inner tubes
  • Adjusting/replacing brake cables and/or brake blocks
  • Adjusting gear cables/indexing
  • Adjusting handlebars or saddle
  • Lubricating working parts
  • Inflating tyres

We provide a bike ‘prescription’ as a record of work done, with recommendations for further work (if needed).

What kind of bikes do you check?

We check bikes of all kinds (from vintage to road bikes) and electric bikes.
