What happens in a session?

Our cycle training is tailored to your abilities and goals. At the start of the session, you can discuss where you’re at with your instructor. They can then suggest areas to work on together. You're also welcome to cycle with an e-bike, just let us know when you book.

We can help with

  • Learning to cycle for complete beginners.
  • Building confidence for those returning to cycling after some time.
  • General cycling skills, such as road positioning and managing junctions.
  • Finding the best routes to cycle to work or places you visit regularly.

Our friendly instructors are qualified to teach people to the National Standard for Cycling, as defined by the Department of Transport. All our instructors:

  • Are DBS checked.

What others say

“I had barely cycled more than an hour since my teens, had zero confidence cycling on roads, and couldn't even bear the thought of taking my hands off the handlebars to signal. Even after the short lesson, I was actually quite amazed at how confident I got. I have managed to explore so much more of Bristol and beyond. I have to admit, I am now thoroughly addicted to cycling!”

Mario

“I have such good memories of our sessions and I really appreciate how you taught me with such kindness, patience and understanding... Knowing when I needed to be brave and when it was better for you to take the lead. Thank you again and anyone who has you as their guide is very lucky.”
